Always try to use one of the BSCs in option 1 first.
There are two tabs in the spreadsheet one will be the State Location Options
- This tab will give you the state names and abbreviations in order for you to be able to find the BSC location which would be closest.

- This tab will allow you to find the BSC pertaining to the location options you were provided in the State Location Options tab.
